Chocolate Boxes

	Enrobed chocolates are when the centers of the chocolate are made first into a slab and cut into even pieces. These centers are hand dipped and coated in a thin layer of chocolate one at a time.
	Molded chocolates are made using special molds. Typically they take the shape of the mold. The process includes creating cavities filled with various fillings—then capping these pieces with more chocolate.

We make our chocolates in small batches because they are hand-crafted, dipped, and painted.
They are sold in a box of 10 pieces. Other box sizes will be available soon.
We can also make larger amounts to order.
